Water Volleyball

Water Volleyball is a recreational version of the sport of volleyball in an aquatic setting. All in all, Water Volleyball is a fun and exciting for all ages.

Monday and Wednesday starting at 9am.
Arthritis Class

Group program that uses a variety of water-based exercises to increase physical activity among adults with arthritis.

 

Tuesday and Thurday starting at 11:30am.
